**Job summary**

We are seeking an experienced Tekla Modeler with a strong background in mechanical engineering to join our team. This role involves creating detailed 3D models for industrial projects in the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **3D Modeling**: Develop and manage detailed 3D models in Tekla Structures for various industrial projects, focusing on accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- **Structural Detailing**: Produce comprehensive structural steel detailing and drawings, including connections, for fabrication and installation.
- **Model Coordination**: Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure model integration with other disciplines and resolve potential clashes.
- **Documentation and Report Generation**: Generate detailed reports and documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for project stakeholders.
- **Quality Control**: Perform quality checks on models and drawings to ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.
- **Software Proficiency**: Tekla Structures

AISC Standards & Miscellaneous, Main steel experience is must

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Skills or Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a modeler.

Good hands-on experience in Tekla modelling.

Miscellaneous & Main Steel experience is Must

AISC Standards are preferable.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Creating Steel Structural 3D models in Tekla Structure as per the client drawing and extract 2D drawing

Completing the model in all aspects.

Membering placement.

Creating NC, IFC, DXF KISS files, files. Fab trail list. Excel files.

Create reports and files (Advanced bill of materials list, part list, Assembly list, Bolt list, NC and DXF files).

Checking for the members (i.e., level, profiles orientation, weld sizes & properties against client drawings and

raising technical queries to design office if there is any variation in the model)

Releasing the 2D drawings properly.

Study of Design drawings.

Checking the shop drawing.

Preparation of Detailed Shop Drawing for structural members like Beams, Columns, Bracing, Stairs, Handrail,

Ladders, Support Structure, Convection Wall, Platforms, Breeching, Header Boxes, Radiant Wall, Arch,

End Tube Sheet, Stack, Piping Supports, Floor,

All Fabrication Drawing. (Beam, Bracing, Grating, Staircase, Ladder)

Responsible for the conversion of 3D model structural components to the 2D Drawings with clear &
accurate details for Fabrication.

Providing comments (RFI) to client.

Putting Numbering series according to project.

Making the project upload preparation like Shop drawing, GA drawing, Reports and shipping list.

Creating auto connection, custom component & Numbering control of model.

Preparing general arrangement drawings with the appropriate sections and views for erection purpose.

Making class check and report check.

Verifying modules for clash check in Tekla.

Making Submittals ready for Approval, Fabrication, & Field purpose.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
