The Tekla Modeler for Pre-Engineered Building will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models of steel structures and components in accordance with AISC standards. The modeler will work closely with engineering and design teams to produce high-quality models that facilitate the fabrication and construction processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop comprehensive 3D models of pre-engineered steel buildings using Tekla Structures software, ensuring alignment with AISC standards and project requirements.

Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and project managers to understand design intent and translate it into accurate models.

Generate detailed fabrication and erection drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and connection details, while adhering to AISC specifications.

Incorporate design changes and modifications into existing models, ensuring seamless coordination across the project team.

Utilize Tekla's modeling capabilities to optimize structural efficiency, material utilization, and constructability.

Ensure proper connection design and detailing, considering factors like load distribution, member stability, and overall structural integrity.

Verify clash detection and resolve any clashes between structural elements, architectural features, and mechanical systems.

Review and comprehend design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to accurately represent the building's geometry and connections.

Collaborate with the drafting team to produce accurate shop drawings, erection plans, and bills of materials for fabrication and construction.

Maintain a deep understanding of AISC standards and best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in steel detailing and modeling.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as a Tekla Modeler or similar role in pre-engineered building projects.

Proficiency in using Tekla Structures software for 3D modeling, detailing, and drawing creation.

Strong understanding of AISC standards and guidelines for steel design, detailing, and fabrication.

Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and other project documents.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in modeling and documentation.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and convey technical information clearly.

Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to identify and resolve design and coordination issues.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
