Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including documentation, shipment tracking, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and custom agents to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and analyze international market trends.
- Evaluate and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure inventory management and resolve any logistics or transportation issues.
- Stay updated with international trade policies, regulations, and trade agreements to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any shipping-related issues.
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and present insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline import and export operations and enhance efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Import-Export Executive or similar role, preferably in the export-import industry.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with market research and sourcing techniques.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Additional language proficiency is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,572.42 - ₹29,249.64 per month
