Job Description Description We are seeking a skilled Online Business Manager cum Import Export Head to oversee our online business operations while managing import and export activities. This multifaceted role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational management, and a strong understanding of international trade. Responsibilities - Oversee and manage online business operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance online presence and sales performance. - Coordinate import and export activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements. - Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to optimize supply chain processes. - Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions and strategies. - Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and market analysis for upper management. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. - 1-5 years of experience in online business management or import/export operations. - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies. - Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Google Analytics. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
