**Timing**:8:30 am IST to 4:30 pm IST

Benzinga is looking to add a highly-motivated and creative content writer on the social media team for its new India-focused financial news website.

The role involves creating content tailored for social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and Reddit on developments reported by Benzinga India editorial team, or otherwise related to the Indian financial space. The writer would also be working on creating a weekly engaging newsletter for the Benzinga India audience.

Timings would be around 8:30 am to 4:30 pm IST.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create compelling and engaging content for Benzinga audience tailored to different social media platforms.
- Write a weekly newsletter related to development in the Indian financial markets.
- Keep pace with the latest developments in India related to government, business and finance, both through the Benzinga India website and social media.
- Keep pace with social media trends and the latest meme material floating around and serve content that aligns well with the interest of retail traders and investors

**Qualifications**
- Outstanding creative writing and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of different social media platforms.
- 0-1 year of experience in creative writing.
- A basic understanding of financial markets and investing topics..
