Today, we are the largest audio series platform globally, redefining how the world experiences storiesone episode at a time Join us in our journey to recreate the future of entertainment About the Role: CONTRACT Location : Remote Key Skills (Qualifications + Skills): - Own and lead production of videos through text-to-image or text/image-to-video based Generative AI platforms - Shot-by-shot breakdown of scripts, characters, backgrounds to be used for AI prompts - Develop and implement AI prompts to create high-quality images for video creation - Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of prompt engineering and prompting techniques - Conduct research and experiments based on latest advancements in generative AI and develop insights to enhance the quality and efficiency of generated images - Lead a team of junior members, review and QC their work to ensure their generated videos align with requirements - Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance team processes Roles & Responsibilities: - Minimum 4 years of experience in creative direction, film making, visual storytelling and fluent in English - Experience with prompting in text-to-image Generative AI platforms like MidJourney, Dall-E, Stable Diffusion is preferred, but not essential - People from OTT, Media are preferred who have worked in the capacity of a creative/script writer/promo writer - Should have a visual style of storytelling - Awareness of the latest content marketing trends Pocket FM is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law
