**Classroom Management**:
**Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Implement and enforce classroom rules and procedures to ensure a respectful and orderly atmosphere.**

**Communication**:
**Professional Development**:
**Stay updated on educational trends, teaching methodologies, and social studies content.**

**Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.**

**Extracurricular Activities**:
**Encourage and support students' participation in social studies-related extracurricular activities, such as history clubs, debates, or model United Nations.**

**Parental Involvement**:
**Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians to create a supportive educational community. Attend parent-teacher conferences and other school events to discuss student progress and address concerns.**

**Qualifications**:
**B.Ed. or M.Ed in History/Geography**
