**Job Summary**:
The **Fire Fighting Draftsman** is responsible for preparing detailed **fire protection system drawings**, including **sprinkler layouts, hydrant systems, fire alarm networks, and emergency exits**. They work closely with engineers to ensure designs comply with **safety codes and client requirements**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create **2D & 3D CAD drawings** for **firefighting systems** (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HydraCAD, or similar).
- Prepare **sprinkler system layouts**, **hydrant routings**, **fire pump schematics**, and **FHC (Fire Hose Cabinet) details**.
- Develop **fire alarm system diagrams** (smoke detectors, call points, control panels).
- Ensure compliance with **NFPA, FM Global, local fire codes**, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with **MEP teams** to avoid clashes in ductwork, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Assist in **material take-offs (MTO)** and **BOQ (Bill of Quantities)** for fire protection equipment.
- Review and update drawings based on **engineer feedback** and **site changes**.
- Support in **as-built drawings** for completed fire protection installations.
- Follow **ISO & company drafting standards** for documentation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Diploma/Certificate** in **Mechanical, Fire Safety, or MEP Drafting**.
- **2+ years** of experience in **fire protection system drafting** (preferred).
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or BIM tools** (for 3D modeling).
- Knowledge of **firefighting equipment** (sprinklers, valves, pipes, pumps, alarms).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
