Job description

**Job Title**: Visa Process Executive
- Stay updated on the latest visa regulations, policies, and procedures for various countries or regions.
- Consult and guide clients on the visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and necessary documents for their desired destinations.
- Assist clients in scheduling visa appointments, coordinating interviews, and obtaining necessary medical examinations or background checks.
- Monitor and track changes in visa policies and regulations, and update internal systems and documentation accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as travel consultants or HR personnel, to coordinate travel arrangements and ensure a smooth process for visa applicants.
- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, visa categories, and processes in different countries to provide accurate and updated information to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in visa processing, immigration services, or a related role is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of visa regulations, documentation requirements, and procedures for different countries or regions.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Schedule**:

- Day shift

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
