**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist (Tele Caller) at Mind Crest Civil Services located in Guwahati. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication, customer service, sales, lead conversions, and sales management.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for new lead generation, cold calling, etc to generate qualified leads and set sales appointments.
- Responsible for driving business acquisition and scaling up clients.
- Approach new clients for business developments.
- Interacting with target prospects and providing a high-level value proposition to schedule a meeting.
- Managing social media tools for inbound prospect development.
- Tracking monthly/ quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Develop training modules that target tangible results.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Field sales, with a focus on the UPSC Examination education segment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
