**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
- Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, tailored for each platform.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to achieve key objectives such as lead generation, traffic growth, or brand awareness.
- Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and build meaningful relationships with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, and PPC teams to ensure integrated digital marketing strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **A minimum of 1 year of work experience** as an SMO Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity in content creation, with a portfolio of previous social media campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and their integration with social media strategies is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
