- Financials - Revenue Growth, Cost Efficiency, capacity planning, inbound logistic packaging improvement and inventory management
- Customer - Quality management of supply of parts, mutisourcing, Stabilization of mass production and ramp up of New Models by supporting supplieer operation excellence/scope activities
- Process - Improving operational efficiency, agility & flexibility., smooth SOP and strengthening plant purchasing matrix and structure
- Innovation - Implementing EMF & Continued Process Standardization
- Leadership & communication skill
- Team Development - Strengthening employee engagement thru people development, Job enrichment & Improving gender diversity
