Recruitment of the new Associates in entire Green Truck Segment for his region. Retention of associates Maintain a healthy relationship with all associates. Regular follow-ups with Associates Sort-out their issues in day to day activity. Ensure all pickup & delivery done by associate those assign to them. Ensure all waybills connect same day. Monitor Vehicles & Its Maintenance & Branding. Check the vehicles movement as per agreement. Check the all the vehicles documents available in the vehicle Arrange renewal of necessary documents before expiry date Monitor the vehicle through GPS Ensure the associate should follow company rule, regulation & maintain discipline Ensure the Log sheet regularly & send by concern team member to corporate office on 1st of the every month Ensure the all the things should be updated in systems on same date Ensure deposit of Paid amount, Topay Amount & COD amount collected by associates, to the company cashier same day.
