Cake/Pastry/Dessert Preparation, Baking, Cake decorating, Bakery, Desserts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior chefs in preparation and production of various types of breads, pastries, desserts, and specialty baked items.
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings as per production schedule.
- Maintain strict standard for quality,hygine,food safety & sanitization.
- Label, store, and rotate ingredients and products following FIFO standards.
- Strong organisational skills, time management & ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Assist in receiving and checking deliveries of raw materials, ensuring quality and proper storage.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures as per company and regulatory standards.
- Participate in plating, packaging, and finishing of products for display, retail, or orders.
- Continuously learn new recipes, techniques, and bakery trends under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Assist junior chef also.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
