- Enablement of Food Street Business

**Skills Required**:
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and solve challenges faced by street food vendors that can directly impacts on their revenue- Field Work: Comfortable on fieldwork, actively engaging with street food vendors to understand their needs and challenges- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Kannada, especially in the context of engaging street food vendors.- Office Work: Competent in handling office tasks related to online platform facilitation, documentation, and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
- Vendor Onboarding: Identify and onboard eligible street food vendors in designated areas by building rapport and explaining the benefits of the program.Field Support & Relationship Building: Maintain regular visits to assigned vendors to understand their needs, provide guidance, and build long-term trust.Offline Intervention Execution: Implement suitable offline support activities (e.g., branding, Marketing) to help vendors grow their business.Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor vendor progress, gather feedback, and submit timely field reports to the program team for review and planning.

**Qualifications**:
- 2 years of experience in the development sector or a related field is preferable.- Proficient in Kannada language (verbal).- Empathetic communication and interpersonal skills, especially in engaging with street food vendors.- Comfortable working in both field and office environments.**Possession of a two-wheeler and legal driver's license.**- Located in Bengaluru or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
