- Follow up on leads promptly.
- Maintain a lead tracking database.
- **Market Feedback**:
- Gather and report customer feedback.
- Keep the team updated on market trends and competition.
- **Customer Support**:
- Address client inquiries and concerns post-sale.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to foster repeat business.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare regular sales reports.
- Present updates to the management team.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work with marketing and product teams to develop campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
