**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a warm, responsible, and enthusiastic **Daycare Teacher** to join our team in Sector 51, Gurugram. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their developmental milestones, and ensuring their well-being throughout the day.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and care for children aged 6 months to 6 years in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Monitor children's behavior and ensure safety, hygiene, and engagement at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress, routines, and any concerns.
- Assist with feeding, nap schedules, toileting, and hygiene routines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare space.
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere for children and colleagues.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Early Childhood Education or related fields preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in a daycare, preschool, or early learning center is preferred.
- A caring, patient, and attentive nature.
- Ability to manage multiple children with energy and empathy.
- Must be comfortable working full-time from the daycare center in Gurugram Sector 51.
