**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver clear and engaging biology lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Teach topics such as cell biology, genetics, evolution, human anatomy, ecology, and microbiology.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Use technology and visual aids to enhance learning experiences.
- Encourage student participation and critical thinking in classroom discussion.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biology or Life Sciences (B.Ed preferred for school positions).
- Prior teaching experience in biology (school or college level) preferred.
- Should have atleast 2 years of teaching experience.
- Must have online teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of biological principles and lab techniques.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational platforms.
