**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Business**
- Manage a team within the budget headcount.
- Ensure Adherence to TAT.
- Minimize scope for ops loss by ensuring adequate controls and close monitoring.
- Provide inputs for audits & RCR units as necessary.

**Customer Focus**
- Consistently meet predetermined metrics to achieve business objectives and customer SLAs.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance metrics to the management.
- Identify and resolve problems as second last point of escalation.

**People /Team**
- Ensure sufficient motivation levels in the team.
- Provide training updates at regular intervals to ensure awareness of process changes.
- Ensure Timely preparation and review of goals and development plans for direct reports.
- Ensure accurate handling and completion of progress reviews on performance and development plans within agreed time scales and provide ongoing feedback to team.
- Ensure attraction at acceptable levels.

**Process and Quality Improvement**
- Ensure compliance in transaction processing as per defined policies and procedures.
- Anticipate and build in process controls.
- Ensure that all procedures and process are up to date and initiate adjustments, if necessary, in line with internal rules and regulation in under to realize effective and efficient procedure and process.
- Process improvement through implementation of system changes enhancement and process.
