**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts and profiles.
- Create, curate, and publish relevant content optimized for each platform to increase engagement and grow our audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
