We're looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team and help us grow our online presence, engage our audience, and build our brand across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), etc.)

Create engaging content — graphics, captions, reels, stories, videos — aligned with the brand tone

Plan and schedule content calendars using social media tools

Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.)

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and tools

Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community

Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Boosts, etc.) if required

Collaborate with design and marketing teams for campaign execution

Handle brand reputation management and feedback tracking via social channels

Key Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience in managing professional social media accounts

Strong understanding of major social platforms and digital trends

Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing tools

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/projects

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Must Have:
Experience running paid social media ads

Knowledge of basic SEO and content strategy

Exposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights dashboards
