**Responsibilities**:
Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.

Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities and ensure effective targeting.

Create and write compelling ad copy that drives click-through rates and conversions.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet ROI targets.

A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in PPC platforms' algorithms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.

Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and cost-per-click (CPC) optimization.

Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to increase conversion rates.

Identify and troubleshoot issues in campaigns to ensure optimal performance.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Familiarity with PPC tools and platforms, such as Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor.

Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Google Ads and Bing Ads certification is a plus.
