We have an opening for a full-time Team Coordinator Trainee.
**Job Brief**:
A Team Coordinator facilitates effective communication and collaboration within a team. Overall, a Team Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining a well-functioning and productive team, promoting effective communication, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The specific duties may vary, and the role may evolve based on the organization's structure and objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Team Communication**:
Facilitate communication between team members and other departments.-
Ensure that important information is disseminated to team members promptly.-
Organize and lead regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges.- **Task Assignment and Tracking**:
Distribute tasks among team members based on skills and workload.-
Monitor and track the progress of assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are met.- Coordinate with team members to address any roadblocks or challenges in task completion.
- **Project Scheduling**:
Assist in project scheduling, planning and coordination.-
Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to ensure projects are on track.-
Provide administrative support for project-related tasks.- **Team Development**:
Identify training needs and opportunities for team members.-
Foster a positive team environment and encourage collaboration.-
Assist in onboarding new team members and facilitating team-building activities.- **Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of team activities, decisions, and progress.-
Generate reports and updates for management on team performance and achievements.- **Conflict Resolution**:
Address conflicts or disagreements within the team in a proactive and diplomatic manner.-
Collaborate with team members to find resolutions and maintain a positive working atmosphere.- **Resource Management**:
Coordinate resource allocation within the team.-
Work with other departments to ensure the team has the necessary tools and support.- **Quality Assurance**:
Monitor and enforce quality standards for the team's deliverables.-
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any quality concerns.- **Budget Management**:
Assist in managing the team budget, if applicable.-
Ensure that expenses are within the allocated budget for the team.- **Adaptability and Continuous Improvement**:
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.-
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.- **Customer/Client Interaction**:
Liaise with clients or external stakeholders if necessary.- Ensure that the team is meeting client expectations and addressing their needs.

**Working Hours**
Monday through Friday
- 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM

BFG will provide the necessary training for your required job responsibilities.

Monthly Salary based on experience.
