We have over fifteen products in our portfolio, used by over 700 pharmaceutical clients (including all the top 20)

**What are you responsible for?**
- Guide the team on implementing SCRUM agile practices and values
- Coach, support and develop the talent in the teams through 1:1's and continuous feedback
- Assist with removing impediments or guide the team to remove them
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on refinement and maintaining the product backlog.
- Adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all work is handled securely, professionally and diligently.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- A proven background in a Testing or Development capacity, with more recent commercial exposure as a SCRUM Master
- Awareness of widely successful Agile techniques (User Stories, TDD, CI, CT and Agile Games)
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment
- Fantastic communication skills, both oral and written, along with being a people person
