Are you an energetic and articulate communicator with a passion for technology and customer service? We’re seeking a Telecaller who can represent Gashwa Technologies professionally and enthusiastically. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our company, reaching out to potential clients, addressing their needs, and setting the stage for future business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Engage & Communicate**: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our IT solutions and services with clarity and confidence.
- **Qualify & Identify**: Identify and qualify leads based on client needs and interests.
- **Follow-Up & Nurture**: Follow up on leads and previous contacts to nurture relationships and encourage client engagement.
- **Support & Assist**: Provide information about our services, answer queries, and offer solutions tailored to client requirements.
- **Record & Report**: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- **Achieve & Exceed**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- **Collaborate & Contribute**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone presence.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B telemarketing or lead generation.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
