**About the Role**

As a **Freight Broker**, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting U.S.based shippers with reliable carriers. You'll manage end-to-end coordination of freight shipments, ensure on-time deliveries, negotiate rates, and maintain strong communication with partners.

**Who Can Apply?**

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals who are:

- Experienced in U.S. freight brokerage/logistics
- OR freshers with experience in international voice-based BPO/KPO roles
- Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned to U.S. business hours
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to work in a dynamic environment

**Job Details**:

- **Experience**: 6+ months preferred or relevant fresher with international voice or chat experience
