**Job Title**: Social Media Executive

**Location**: Baisa Crafts, A-6, Dadu Dayal Nagar Vistar, Kalyanpura, Sanganer - Jaipur

**Employment Type**: Full-time - Work from Office

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **social media strategies** to enhance brand visibility across platforms like **Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest**.
- Create and manage engaging daily content, including **posts, reels, stories, and video content**, aligned with our brand voice.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on **key social media performance metrics** to optimize strategies.
- Actively engage with our community through **comments, DMs, and collaborations** to build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the **marketing and design teams** to align campaigns with broader brand goals.
- Plan and execute **paid social media campaigns** for increased reach and engagement.
- Identify and collaborate with **influencers and brand ambassadors** to drive campaigns.
- Stay updated on **social media trends and innovations** to keep our content fresh and relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Social Media Executive** or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of **Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest algorithms and trends**.
- Proficiency in tools like **Canva, Adobe, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite**, or similar platforms.
- Strong **writing and storytelling skills** with a creative flair.
- Excellent **communication and organizational skills**.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for **fashion, women’s ethnic wear, and digital marketing**.
