2. Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and engage with our audience in a timely and professional manner.

3. Social Media Campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) using social media analytics tools. Prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

5. Trend Identification: Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media technologies to incorporate innovative strategies into our social media approach.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and content to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
