**Production Supervision**
- Monitor daily weaving operations to meet production targets.
- Ensure looms are running efficiently and minimizing downtime.
- Allocate work and manage shift schedules for weavers and operators.

**2. Quality Control**
- Ensure fabric quality standards are met (e.g., fabric defects, weaving faults).
- Inspect finished fabrics regularly and address quality issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to resolve recurring defects.

**3. Machine Maintenance Coordination**
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of weaving machines (looms).
- Report technical issues to the maintenance department for timely action.
- Check loom settings and tension adjustments.

**4. Workforce Management**
- Train and guide weavers, fitters, and helpers on best practices.
- Supervise performance and discipline within the team.
- Maintain safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

**5. Inventory & Resource Management**
- Monitor and manage inventory of yarns, beams, and other consumables.
- Coordinate with the store and planning departments for timely material supply.

**6. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain production logs, downtime records, and shift reports.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly production and quality reports to management.

**7. Process Improvement**
- Suggest and implement process improvements for better efficiency and reduced waste.
- Analyze loom performance data to identify areas for improvement.

**8. Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S practices in the weaving department.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
