JOB ROLE - WEAVING SUPERVISOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Take a round of the plant and to get machine position reports.
- Check the bobbins for weft.
- Check out material availability against production.
- Resolve issues of workers in looms department.
- To maintain weft stock and provide the weft yarn.
- To maintain gradation of the product.
- In case of quality issue inform to the responsible person.
- Control bobbin machine wastage.
- To ensure that timely get the beam on looms.
- To maintain looms and take care of maintenance of looms through masters.
- Recruit and manage labors for looms.
- Prepare the beam drawn report and making salary of drawer.
- Prepare the salary of drop pin.
- To allocate work to the masters and get report from them.
- Responsible for keeping the operation area clean as well as maintaining 5S standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
- Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach

EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM 3 YEARS IN THE SAME OR RELATED FIELD
JOB LOCATION - SAYAN
JOB TYPE - FULL TIME (9:00AM TO 7:00PM)
SALARY - ₹25,000+ PER MONTH
