**Key Responsibilities**:
**Store Layout and Displays**: Develop and execute visually captivating in-store layouts and displays that enhance the shopping experience and promote our products effectively.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor product levels and collaborate with the inventory team to ensure products are readily available on the sales floor.

**Inventory Audits**: Conduct inventory audits as needed to maintain an accurate representation of available stock.

**Visual Merchandising**: Regularly update displays to showcase new arrivals, highlight seasonal promotions, and emphasize key products.

**Market Research**: Continuously conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new fabrics, techniques, and sources of design inspiration, keeping our designs fresh and exciting.

**Design Process Management**: Oversee and manage the complete design process, ensuring that every aspect, from concept to final styling, is executed to perfection.

**Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, assisting them in designing custom outfits that align with their vision.

**Production Sketches**: Create detailed production sketches that accurately represent the envisioned designs, facilitating seamless production.

**Fashion Consultation**: Serve as a fashion consultant to customers, offering expert guidance and recommendations on style choices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a strong portfolio of creative work.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and design techniques.
- Exceptional design and sketching abilities.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant design software/tools.
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Creativity, innovation, and a proactive approach to design.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
