We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create men's dress collections.
- Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify new design opportunities.
- Develop sketches, illustrations, and mood boards to communicate design concepts.
- Select fabrics, colors, and trims to create cohesive and visually appealing designs.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for sample development.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring designs are executed accurately and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with patternmakers and seamstresses to bring designs to life.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to prototypes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of cost constraints and work within budgetary limitations.
- Present design ideas to the team and incorporate feedback to refine concepts.
- Work closely with suppliers to source materials and establish strong relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer in men's dress design.
- Strong artistic and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- In-depth knowledge of fabrics, têxtiles, and garment construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and a passion for staying current in the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
