The Digital Marketer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products or services. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and acquire leads/customers. The Digital Marketer will work closely with other members of the marketing team to create cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan and manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
- Plan, execute, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and other platforms.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, and engage with followers.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other data sources to track and report on campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- **Advertising and Promotions**:

- Manage online advertising campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, and affiliate marketing.
- Monitor and analyze advertising performance and ROI.
- **Customer Engagement and CRM**:

- Implement and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Develop strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing (2-5 years preferred).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
