**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations in the hospitality area, ensuring all guests receive top-quality service.
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Supervise, train, and support staff to uphold company standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements.
- Assist in planning and executing special events or VIP guest services.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Report on operational metrics and suggest cost-effective service improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in a hospitality supervisory or executive role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., OPERA, Fidelio, PMS).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
