**Position Type**: Full-time

**Experience: 1 year**

**Overview**: The Camp Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing health and NGO campaigns in various locations. This role involves liaising with local communities, coordinating volunteers, managing logistics, and ensuring the success of each campaign.

**Responsibilities**: Plan, organize, and coordinate health campaigns, including medical camps, health awareness drives, and health check-up programs in collaboration with healthcare professionals and volunteers. Coordinate NGO campaigns, including awareness programs, fundraising events, and community outreach initiatives. Liaise with local authorities, community leaders, and stakeholders to secure permissions, support, and participation for campaigns. Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for campaign activities, ensuring adherence to campaign objectives and protocols. Manage logistics for each campaign, including venue selection, transportation, equipment, and supplies. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to health campaigns and NGO activities. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, collect feedback, and prepare reports for stakeholders. Develop and maintain partnerships with other NGOs, government agencies, and organizations to support campaign objectives. Represent the NGO at meetings, conferences, and events to promote awareness and support for campaign causes.

**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Public Health, etc.) preferred. Previous experience in coordinating health or NGO campaigns is highly desirable. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, including volunteers, community members, and stakeholders. Knowledge of health issues, community development, and NGO operations. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research. Willingness to travel to campaign locations and work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
