**Position**: Telesales Executive

**Location**: Navrangpura

**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Salary**: Up to 18,000 INR

**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
Introduce and explain the loan products offered by the company.
Follow a scripted pitch to provide information about loan features and benefits.

**Customer Engagement**:Build rapport with customers to understand their financial needs.
Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

Maintain a database of customer information for follow-up and future opportunities.

**Sales Targets**:Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Work towards meeting individual and team goals.

Ensure all required information is collected accurately.

Provide updates on loan approval status to customers.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the financial or loan sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- **Computer Literacy**: Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining customer records.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Location**:

- Navrangpura

**Salary**:

- Up to 18,000 INR per month, inclusive of incentives.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
