Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Fleet Maintenance Support:

- Assist in monitoring the maintenance schedules of fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate with mechanics and service centers for repairs and servicing.
- Ensure timely inspections and compliance with safety standards.

2. Internal Audit Support:

- Assist in conducting internal audits of fleet operations, including vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
- Verify documentation such as logbooks, invoices, and compliance reports.
- Identify discrepancies and report findings to the senior team.

3. Data Management:

- Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, maintenance history, and fuel usage.
- Update fleet management software with relevant data.
- Generate reports on fleet performance and audit findings.

4. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., insurance, permits, and licenses).
- Support in implementing safety protocols and training programs for drivers.

5. Cost Optimization:

- Assist in analyzing fleet-related expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor fuel consumption and suggest measures to improve efficiency.

6. Coordination and Communication:

- Liaise with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth fleet operations.
- Provide administrative support to the fleet management team.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: ITI in Automobile or equivalent certification.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and fleet management software is a plus.
- Attributes: Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
