**Role Overview**:
The Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of various operational activities within the organization. This multifaceted role will involve overseeing courier coordination, managing Management Information Systems (MIS), facilitating effective communication channels, optimizing logistics operations, and overseeing Last Mile Delivery (LMD) processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Courier Coordination**:

- Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
- Track and monitor courier movements to ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Resolve any issues or delays in courier services promptly and efficiently.
- **Management Information Systems (MIS)**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to track operational performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and operational optimization.
- Generate periodic reports for management review and decision-making.
- **Communication**:

- Facilitate effective communication channels between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and concise communication regarding operational updates, requirements, and challenges.
- Serve as a point of contact for resolving operational queries and addressing concerns.
- **Logistics**:

- Optimize logistics operations to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities as necessary.
- **Last Mile Delivery (LMD)**:

- Oversee Last Mile Delivery operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to optimize routes and schedules for LMD.
- Implement strategies to improve LMD efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or courier coordination role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using MIS tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles is highly desirable.

Work Location: Udyog Vihar - Phase III, Gurgaon

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
