**We Are Looking For**:

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface screens using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Develop creative and engaging social media posts, banners, and graphics.
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials to support internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements.
- Incorporate feedback to refine designs and enhance user experiences.
- Conduct user research to understand target audiences and their needs.
- Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and usability metrics.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs and projects.
- Develop and manage design templates for reuse across projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
- Fresher trained in UI/UX design or 1-year relevant experience.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year
