Roles and Responsibilities

Estimation, BoQ & Billing for Interior Design & Arch work.

Prep BOQ with detailed description of each item from design drawings as per specifications and measurements.

Reviewing BOQs and specifications of our consultants and coordinate revision of the same.

Prepare an estimated rate analysis of the BOQ and the price forecast of materials needed for the project.

Provide inputs to Accountant for preparing Invoices.

Prepare monthly reconciliation statement of material at site.

Verify sub-contractor bills at site in accordance with contract specifications and BOQ.

Supervision Responsibilities:

- Manage Site Supervisor of the Project
- Ensure right material and specs implemented for site works execution within agreed timelines, cost, quality and safety aspects.
- Monitor timely site activities execution and timely placement of demands.
- Study drawings and tender specifications in detail and ensure 100% work adherence in execution with the support of the site supervisor.
- Attend site meetings (along with Project Arch) with the client, architect/ interior designer and the sub-consultants unless when required.
- Assist the Project Arch in handing over all technical documents including as-built drawings, Warranties, AMC documents to the client.
- Raise all Colonelz’s interim and final bills to the client, through the Accountant, duly approved by MD / Head Designs.
- Location = Gurgaon or at commutable distance.
- Experience = 2+ years
- Qualification = Diploma / Graduate in Interior / Civil / BCom with domain experience
- Reporting to: Head Design
- Immediate Subbortinate: Site Supervisor

Must have rich experience in
- Interior Designing Project Biling
- Project Cost, Budgets & Estimation
- Quantity Calculation, Billing & Rate Analysis
- Cost-Billing Review & Estimation
- BOM & BOQ Preparation
- Interiors of individual homes, apartments and villas
- Office Interiors Experience
- Must have good verbal communication and writing skills.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
