Looking for Jr. Scrum Master for our US based Health care company in Chennai.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
1. Oversee and lead daily stand-ups, making sure that updates are given on time and resolving any obstacles.

2. Make sure the team follows Scrum procedures and Agile concepts.

3. Provide suggestions for process enhancements that are grounded in your experiences and observations.

4. Encourage good team communication to make sure that everyone is on the same page regarding the project's objectives.

5. Work closely with stakeholders and other team members to resolve issues and improve cooperation.

6. Assist in keeping track of and reporting on important Scrum metrics for project oversight.

7. Engage in active participation in Sprint Retrospectives by submitting action items and suggesting changes.

8. Make adjustments based on findings from the retrospective to improve team productivity.

9. Participate actively in the team's culture of continuous learning.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree

2. six months of minimum experience required in a Scrum-related function.

3. strong grasp of Scrum framework and Agile principles.

4. strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

5. Capacity to work well with others in a team-oriented setting.

**Required Competencies**:
1. Proficiency with Agile tools like Trello, Jira, or others.

2. A strong desire to advance professionally in the area of agile approaches.

3. Having a Scrum certification (such as Certified ScrumMaster) is advantageous.
