Job Title: Technical Assistant for Early-Stage Assistive Technology Startup

**Location**: Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala

Currently in our early stages, we aim to create impactful solutions that enhance the lives of our users. As we move into the second phase of our growth, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as our first employee.

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our startup as a Technical Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founder and be involved in multiple aspects of product development and business operations. As the first hire, you will play a critical role in our growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Design & Development**:

- Assist in designing products using CAD software.
- Support manufacturing processes which includes Mechanical engineering, Electronics, Fashion designing, etc
- The detailed process includes CNC, Fabrication, Gas welding, Upholstery, Pattern making, Carpentry, photography, videography, Content writing, E-commerce, Digital marketing, Logistics, Import-export etc
- **Content Creation & Marketing**:

- Help with photography and videography of products.
- Assist in designing brochures and other marketing materials.
- Support e-commerce and digital marketing efforts, including content writing and social media management.
- **Operations & Logistics**:

- Aid in packaging design, storage, and shipping of products.
- Contribute to inventory management and logístical coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Recent graduate or final year student in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Design, etc.).
- **Skills: (NOT NECESSARY. We believe that a willingness to learn is more important than having specific skills. If you have a mindset geared towards continuous learning, adapting, and growing, we want you on our team. Skills can be taught, but a desire to learn is what truly sets you apart).**:

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content creation tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks.
- **Attributes**:

- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to work extra hours when necessary.
- Passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs.
