**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads campaigns. Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT / Any other) for audience targeting and automated bidding.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversions and engagement.
- Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite.
- Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives.
- Stay updated on AI marketing trends and new advertising strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in managing high-budget paid campaigns.
- Expertise in Meta, YouTube & Google Ads.
- Proficiency in AI-powered ad tools & analytics.
- Strong skills in A/B testing & conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite & Google Tag Manager.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and performance growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
