We are looking for a highly motivated customer service representative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and excellent proficiency in computer operations to join our team, who will be responsible for a variety of support tasks:

- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate staff member, and take and deliver messages to clients.
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
- Greet clients professionally provide clients with information and direct them accordingly.
- Should have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
