**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our visualization department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D renderings and animations that accurately represent our architectural designs and concepts. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to translate their ideas into compelling visual presentations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create photorealistic 3D renderings and animations of architectural designs, interiors, and exteriors using industry-standard software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications to develop accurate 3D models and visualizations.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to 3D models and renderings as necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in architectural visualization techniques and software.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our visualization processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, preferably within the architectural or design industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality 3D renderings and animations.
