You will perform schedule development duties, monitoring, reporting, and analysis and assist with schedule recovery plans. Your work will enable Bechtel to optimize the scheduling details for critical activities to best achieve project deadlines and objectives. **Major Responsibilities**: - Assists in the preparation of schedule data for proposals or contracts - Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline area or specialty - Performs schedule development duties to include establishing the work breakdown structure (WBS), determining the work activity duration, establishing the proper workflow logic ties, and developing the required job expenditure - Assists with maintenance of critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metrics - Performs schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities - Assists with schedule recovery plans **Education and Experience Requirements**: - Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience **Required Knowledge and Skills**: - Working experience in Primavera - Knowledge of Engineering work processes and inter-discipline interfaces - Knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Startup interfaces and interdependencies - Proficient in MS Office tools.
