**Key Responsibilities**:
Investment & Insurance Associate
Experience: 0 to 2 years

Location: Thane (HO)

We take this opportunity to introduce our company Bonace Engineers Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001: 2015 certified firm, mainly caters to Technical Manpower deployment to various reputed Companies for their project stage Third Party Inspection, Construction Supervision, Pre - Commissioning & Commissioning activities, Post Commissioning Maintenance in Mechanical, Process, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation, Fire & Safety disciplines as well on shutdown (Turn around) management for the last 28+ years.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Generate Leads
- Process Insurance needs end to end (Applications, Renewal, sending Payment details and. assisting with Claims)
- Conduct Awareness sessions for employees of Bonace
- Content Creation for producing and sharing information or media content for specific audiences
- Learn & elevate different products like Insurance, Mutual Fund, Term Insurance and SIPs
- Support Goal & Financial Planning
- KYC Completion
- Grievance Management
- Increase number of sessions to create awareness
- Deliver excellent service to all customers
- Handle customers' queries and feedback
- Prepare and share reports on monthly calls, sales and cash backs that are paid out
- Search for facts to create and follow-up on insurance quotes and endorsements.

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good command over the Language
- Basic computer knowledge /MS office is mandatory
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,336.08 - ₹25,000.00 per month
