**JOB SUMMARY**

This role will give you the opportunity to work with us in scaling our new business vertical in Insurance and Investment. The vision behind diversifying in Insurance domain is to assist people identify the finest of insurance policies suiting their Health, Medical, Life & Investment needs offering the finest of services by having tie-ups with the best insurance providers, healthcare centers and hospitals across India.We strongly believe in providing robust healthcare solutions rather than selling insurance, so we invite you to join our team to spread awareness highlighting the importance of insurance and its benefits.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Generate Leads
- Process Insurance needs end to end (Applications, Renewal, sending Payment details and. assisting with Claims)
- Conduct Awareness sessions for employees of Bonace
- Content Creation for producing and sharing information or media content for specific audiences
- Learn & elevate different products like Insurance, Mutual Fund, Term Insurance and SIP’s
- Support Goal & Financial Planning
- KYC Completion
- Grievance Management
- Increase number of sessions to create awareness
- Deliver excellent service to all customers
- Handle customers' queries and feedback
- Prepare and share reports on monthly calls, sales and cash backs that are paid out
- Search for facts to create and follow-up on insurance quotes and endorsement

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good command over the Language
- Basic computer knowledge /MS office is mandatory
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
