**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Drive and facilitate uniform customer experience excellence agenda across formats.
- "Drive and facilitate target achievement of:

- Post-paid RGA
- Acq. Churn & T4M Retention
- Base upgrade revenue
- VIBS (non-mobility revenue)
- Drive Channel Profitability [LFS/ SFS] by reduced OPEX and by building new lines of business.
- "Improve on people and channel retention.
- Drive Digital to meet changing business processes in line with organization strategy.

- COCO,FOFO store Management

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- 8+ Years of exp
