**About 91 United**:
91-United is committed to improving the financial well-being of driver partners by providing essential services, including tax filing assistance, partner retention programs, and direct support. We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our team and contribute meaningfully to these impactful initiatives.

**About the Role**:
As a **Partner Support Intern** at 91-United, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our driver partners with the Income Tax Return (ITR) filing process, supporting partner engagement and outreach efforts, and managing our referral program. You will gain hands-on experience in tax filing procedures, project coordination, and partner relationship management.

**Location**: On-site (South Delhi)
**Stipend**: INR 10,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Direct Paid ITR filing**:

- Support Partners with the ITR filing process, guiding them through document submission and form filling.
- Assist in organizing registration camps for ITR filing in collaboration with the team.

2. **Referral Program Management**:

- Actively promote the program to Partners, track referrals, and ensure smooth referral-to-conversion processes.
- Design attractive incentives, process payouts, and maintain direct communication with Partners to boost participation and resolve issues.
- Track program performance, analyze data for optimization, and implement feedback to enhance program efficiency and Partner engagement.

3. **Partner Engagement & Outreach**:

- Proactively reach out to driver partners to gather feedback, address challenges, and provide guidance on operational issues.
- Act as a primary contact to offer prompt resolution to concerns, fostering strong partner relationships through personalized communication.

4. **Data Management**:

- Maintain and organize accurate records of PAN-Aadhaar linkage, ITR account creation, and registration camp participation.
- Compile data and prepare reports to support project evaluation and analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet research.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
